Anyone else found any decent DIY skimmers or ways of skimming a nano tank? I'm thinking of starting a nano tank and I want to have a cheap option for skimming...

Sun Tea Jar Auto Top Off
Here's my auto top off with a sun tea jar. It's a pressure-regulated, gravity-driven setup for about $10. No batteries, pumps, or float switches and it mantains your water level automatically. Somewhat like the old Nurce top off.

thanks nano cube boy!!!
I did pretty much the same thing nano cube boy did to create a refugium in a nano cube.
first, i cut off the vinyl off the back of the second chamber then, I installed a light the light is a little big but it still works lots of room for my chaeto to grow top of chamber with just the LR pieces, since then I have added a clump of chaeto top view
